No kidding. I'm done too.

The way it was handled was f'd up but in the long run it's probably better the stadium got turned down when it did.

I never said or thought it'd be a 7 win season. I know better than to get my hopes up like that. It's in fact turning out exactly like I figured it would and has since the day as a young lad I figured out UAB was more than a hospital.

It hurts more when you actually have hope things will turn around. I "gave up" last year, but I'm still here. You'll be back. UAB is like a risky investment, if and when the payoff comes, it will be big.

If the coach wants the mentality to change, we can't keep flubbing things up like this.

We said it when he made those remarks about cutting Jackie that he has to go out and win now. So when he loses like this after that, yeah, it feels pretty hopeless. He looks pretty clueless right now.

Well, it obviously wasn't Jackie Williams, or the gold helmets. Wonder what he'll try next to change the "culture"?

There wouldn't even be a football program had it not been for the success of the basketball program. That said, it is hard to be a successful Div I football program when you don't have the proper facilities in place. Operating a football program with hand-me-downs will not work.

It is not fair to the coaching staff, players, or fans. Hard to change the culture of losing when you're treated like unwanted stepchildren.

You can't blame the total lack of any improvement between three different coaching staffs on Legion Field.

And I don't think that fourth quarter had anything to do with facilities.

That was just suckage, plain and simple.

Wait. I thought I gave up. Maybe I should shut up too.

Goodnight.

And, go Blazers.

I didn't. There is more to facilities than Legion Field.

Only the most optimistic people thought they'd get 6 or 7 wins.... Which is just about everyone on the board. I can't help but sit back and laugh.

Have you seen the CUSA scores from this weekend? I'm not ready to concede yet.

Yeah, we said the same thing last year. I'll continue to support the team, but there's no way they'll get to a bowl game this year. Or any other year for that matter.

Southern Mississippii, FAU and FIU all looked worse than UAB. Tulsa stunk too.
