I'll go with Gus Malzahn. Seems to me he hasn't really proven anything and then throw in Bama. He's in for a rough ride.

Anyone coaching at Vanderbilt, Duke, Minnesota, Iowa State, Mississippi State, Tulane, Memphis, or anywhere else with an ingrained, losing culture.

Not always. Like James Franklin is in over his head? Dan Mullen? Of course not.

I would add Paul Rhoads at Iowa State as someone who isn't over their head.
Charlie Weis ot KU may have an issue or two.

James Franklin is coaching his tail off at Vanderbilt. He's taken the program to another level. They have gone bowling the past couple years and have been landing stud classes.

Couple names who are not "new" this year who are likely way over their head are Tim Beckman at Illinois and Will Muschamp at Florida.

I wonder about Addazio at BC; I think that job will be tough because it is for a school with high expectations whose best years are behind them. When they got rid of Jags and Logan I knew that they were screwed.

Some places are going to only get tougher as the years go by; Syracuse, WVU, all three Mississippi schools and select B10 schools such as Illinois are all going to suffer as populations shift and economies change.

I wouldn't lump those two together. Muschamp won 11 games at Florida last year. Beckman was 0-8 in conference in one of the weakest Big Ten seasons ever; he might not win 11 games total at Illinois while he's the head coach there.

Coaches I think get fired after the season:

Army: Rich Ellerson

Buffalo: Jeff Quinn

Eastern Michigan: Ron English

Illinois: Tim Beckman

Miami-OH: Don Treadwell

Missouri: Gary Pinkel

UConn: Paul Pasqualoni

UNLV: Bobby Hauck

Keep an eye on Rutgers coach Kyle Flood. If he struggles in the AAC you know the new AD will be looking for someone who can lead them into the B1G next season.

Why are BC's best years "behind them"? Care to enlighten us?

Really? I've always thought butch was a solid coach. I don't think he wins the SEC in the next couple years but he will compete

Think you could say the same thing about Randy Edsall at Maryland.

Syracuse metropolitan area

New York State

The state of New York had the 19th highest population hike out of 50. It may merely be the fourth largest state come 2020, but it won't relinquish that spot anytime soon thereafter.
