Well, between the liberal judges throughout the country and on the SCOTUS... and the fact that the people keep electing and supporting the absolute power of the federal government, of course it is acting like China. Absolute power corrupts. This is not how the USA was supposed to look.

You do know that Shrub loaded up the courts with conservative judges(the cons won't allow Obama to appoint judges) and the Supreme Court is more conservative, right? If you want respect(ever), you might want to stop writing stupid ****.

Neither Bush nor Roberts are "conservatives." Roberts even wrote the opinion upholding Obamacare. Also, Obama has already appointed two judges (who were both confirmed by Senate), which is as many as W.

One of those judges last year just wrote an opinion that the federal government can do whatever they want as long as they call it a tax. All of his judges opined that the state can take and store DNA samples without warrant. You are getting "conservative" confused with "republican".

You have to fight fire with fire a lot of people would say.
