Astrocajun, ArkansasStatefan and several others have stated the same thing. I spoke to Ken Winstead last week and asked him point blank and he verified it was indeed the truth. Now, of course because there are no public record of the discussions held in Hot Springs and because this clown is an internet dweller that has no contact with his own athletic department, he or she is demanding some link to the source. Bottomline, he is calling a number of people liars without having knowledge of it period.
