Reading the comments, people are actually being more civil than Herbstreit. A lot of people agree NIU should be in based on the rules.

Nice to see thousands of non-NIU not agreeing with ass Herbstreet. Did you see the way he tried to cover his butt in case we win? Jerk.

The Midwest is solid for NIU as well as states with "mid-majors" as the major teams (ie. Nevada, New Mexico, Montana)

Who cares if we're "worthy"? We're going, so let the ESPN jock-sniffers choke on it.

Voted "yes". It is a nice way to show ESPN we have support.

After the thrashing we took on TV quite a bit of people on FB are talkin about rooting for the Huskies (not NIU alum/students). David vs. Goliath all wanting David win.
