Reading the comments, people are actually being more civil than Herbstreit. A lot of people agree NIU should be in based on the rules.

The Midwest is solid for NIU as well as states with "mid-majors" as the major teams (ie. Nevada, New Mexico, Montana)

Who cares if we're "worthy"? We're going, so let the ESPN jock-sniffers choke on it.

After the thrashing we took on TV quite a bit of people on FB are talkin about rooting for the Huskies (not NIU alum/students). David vs. Goliath all wanting David win.
