It should be even more interesting hearing Ryan make up some more lies during the debate.

Well, let's hope Joe sticks to plagiarism. All his original thoughts are pretty stupid.

I wonder if he'll tear up again like he did at the convention and at the debate with Palin 4 years ago. He seems to like to do that.

RE: DNC thread..
Usually in May/Dec vice presidential debates, the older candidate wins. I think it will be a good natured debate. Ryan will look to attack, Joe will brush off the attacks with a lot age and catholic references. If you are catholic Midwestern, you will feel a lot of pride after it's over.
Ryan is still going to be handicapped by running on Romney's budget which isn't clear. Ryan could easily argue his ideas, but the Romney camp has put him in a difficult spot. He's going to have to really think about arguments to promote Romney's agenda, so far he has struggled to do this interviews. It's not easy.

No matter what happens, the lefties are going to think Biden/Obama won every debate and the righties are going to think Romney/Ryan won every debate. Whether any of them will register with independents/undecideds is the question.

Ryan made Obama look unprepared and foolish in the meeting they had a year or two ago. I don't think Ryan will have any problem with Biden.

To me the bigger question is whether Johnson/Gray get invited to the debates. And I'll assume that question has already been answered by the powers that be that set up the debates and the answer is no?

I doubt much Romney does in the debates will sway my opinion on who to vote for in November. I like the Romney/Ryan ticket more than McCain/Palin for sure, but I seriously doubt I'll vote for it. I will say that I fully expect Ryan to win the debate over Biden. I'm not a Joe Biden fan at all.

A question and answer session is completely different than a debate with a moderator. A question/answer session is offense vs defense by design, a debate is more like a boxing match where the role of offense vs defense is constantly changing.

Whatever it was, in that meeting Ryan made Obama look petty, angry, and immature. Ryan looked like the only adult in that room.

Agreed unless somebody makes a huge mistake or has a deer in headlights moment.
