We better stop this stupid dual QB ****.

It would be one thing if we didn't have a really good QB but we do. You do nothing but mess up his rhythm and confidence by taking him out constantly. Plus, the other guy wasn't worth a damn anyway.

That and our secondary is awful. Not as bad as last year (at least not yet) but UAB was throwing all over us.

Also, I'm not use to the all white uniforms yet. It was weird looking.

The D could have a tough time with UL, who I think has a much better offense than Louisiana. D needs to play well this week, I think it can, we just have to see it throw and correct some mistakes.

Did any Louisiana (or others) fans watch the Troy/UAB game? What are your overall thoughts on Troy based on UAB? I saw some good things, and I saw some things that need to be fixed as well.

Bud, we were out at the spot by 9am. I am sorry I didnt have a chance to see any of it. I will say this.. NO ONE was surprised that Troy won.

I agree with Z....99.9% of this board expected us to win. I have to say I was surprised we were up 17-0 near the half and nearly went up 24-0 until we fumbled in the 5 yard line.

It looks like you guys are comin' in as the walkin' wounded. Not to jinks you guys but that's how TROY started last season. But, to y'alls defense, you have more depth than we had at this point in last season.

UL has one of the better O's on the country. We'll probably have to outscore them. The rowell haters will out in full force that's for sure.

Our offense was a little rusty Saturday. It wasn't bad but definately not the mid-season form that looked so good last season. Defense was the pleasant surprise in the game. Even the second and third teamers who played the majority of the second half held Lamar scoreless and did not even let them reach the red zone. This game could be a defensive struggle but then you never know when Troy and UL meet up.

i dont know, unless you know something i dont?? We lost a RB, and have a few knicked up, but(except for the rb) I believe our 2 deep is still intact for the most part. if I hear anything different I'll let you know..
