To BUrn the Horse i didn't mean to put it in the open forum...And it was meant to ASU and MTSU....And I believe we will beat both ASU and MTSU this year....In just a few weeks we shall see....Then we can revisit this thread then.....And its not our fault we have Big Boosters and a larger more loyal fan base....We are building a Stronger team and more for years to come under Justin Fuente....And Basketball is rolling under coach Josh Pastner....The World Is Ours Memphis....

Your home attendance average was right at 17,000...That wouldnt even put you in the top half of attendance in the SBC....

You realize we been to the tournament 2 years in a row with Josh Pastner, and are a top 10 team this year....Adonis Thomas rated top 7 lottery pick in nba draft next year.....Another mcDonalds all american and us 17 dream team member in Shaq Goodwin, to go along with everyone we got coming back.....Yeah ok, Like i said we would destroy every single team in the SBC in Basketball by and ave of 15 points.....And Our Football team is gonna show everyone improvement this year, Win more games than the previous 2 seasons, and begin the turnaround on the up swing in Justin Fuente leading the charge....Facilities are improving even more, and now that we are heading to a power 6 conference in the NBE with Houston, SMU, and UCF, we are are gonna go on to bigger and better things....Hope there comes a time when Memphis and play troy in football even if its a warm up to our NBE conference shedule....With our NBE Contract in hand by then we would pay you good for the warm up game ok.....The World Is Ours Memphis....

As for the Tigers, they won't be a pushover like last year. The financial investment from the boosters, the new emphasis by the new athletic director, and the pedigree of the new coaching staff will ensure that the Tigers will be back in bowl contention in the next few years. We went 2-10 last year with a team that only had 65 scholarship players, and still nearly won 5 games--three of which were decided by blowing a fourth quarter lead. MTSU was one of those three games. We have a legitimate shot at winning that game this year.

ASU fans should enjoy their moment in the sun. It probably won't last long.
