That's more than Boise State built even after multiple trips to BCS bowls and it's as much as anyone
else has done in this league. In the whole league.
Every single facility is brand new but basketball which is getting a 16 million dollar upgrade as we speak.

ECU is 56-69 over the last ten years with six losing seasons. I keep thinking if they won more games the Big East would give them a look. Its not like they bring a huge market or play good basketball yet a lot of fans still believe they would be a nice fit. In some ways ECU fan base makes them a big time program but they had a three, five, or even ten year period like Boise State, Louisville, or heck even Cincinnati has ever.

Exactly! They suck now, and have sucked forever except the Skip Holtz years. They also have annoying fans.

I'm not looking it up, but I bet Memphis has a better record over the last 10 years considering "we were ranked last in football the last 5 years."

Fine...we are 47/67, not much worse then you. We have finally found a great coach, new AD, a rabid fan base that is generations deep, major boosters....who are happy, and facilities are vastly improved and that work continues.

Oh yeah, we are pretty good at basketball too.

I like where Memphis is headed, can the same be said about ECU fans?

I dont have any ill will against Memphis at all.. I am happy to see you guys move to a more lucrative conference. I just dont like when folks; mainly you say we suck and dont have any information to back it up other than the common you suck comment. I hope you guys do well in the BE.

Am I happy with where ECU is headed, personally no. But my school has weathered many storms and will continue to do so. Only time will tell what will happen with East Carolina University.
