I'll check out some SF games this fall. Not totally convinced he's a big time get, but glad he's a Panther regardless.

Boyd ... yeah or neah? And is he worth the hype?
I'm aware of Manny's injury problems but if Coles doesn't break through seems like a lot of work for little gain. Speaking of Coles, does he like to hit or is this CB slot just a place for him to start?
Figured you're the expert on all things Clairton:).
I like this add BTW, as long as we we get Foster.

RE: Challingsworth is a Panther
Boyd is worth all the hype and personally I think he deserves he even more. He's a great RB and even better WR and I haven't talked about how good of a Safety he is.
As for Coles, I think he'll be, at best, an adequate CB for Pitt, esp w/ college level coaching. He's a decent cover guy, and like all Clairton players he love to hit, and is very physical. But I'm glad he decided to do CB for Pitt because he would've gotten lost in the WR shuffle at Pitt. He was, at best, the Bears #3 or #4 option behind Boyd, Bryon Clifford, Tarrish Webb, and Titus Howard this past season and was the 3rd option behind Coles, and Josh Page the previous season.
