Ya know, If they would of just added actual football teams with a winning tradition like Fresno (Still will probably come), Southern Miss, Nevada, and ECU (I suppose), instead of Memphis, Temple, Navy, and SMU (I understand they have had 3 good years in the last 20 but no one told them to break the rules and get the death penalty) then maybe, just maybe the football side of things would get a better looking into from the big 5 conferences.
I understand they want basketball teams and markets but have you seen SMU home games? Temple? Guess what? Nevada has seats at home in football and basketball. They invited TCU and they do not show up for hoops either and they had one of the best players in the MWC last year.
I only wanna be in the Big East if there is a split to be honest.
