RE: BGSU in-game
I'll take solid defense over a highpowered offense any day

RE: BGSU in-game
Next year Murphy will continue to play a very long bench.

I can see offense/defense substitutions, e.g., Riley (defense) / Balkema (offense), and Still (offense) / Harris (defense).

E.g., Riley/Balkema, Harris/Still, Bryant/Strickland, Harrison/Thompson/Sims/ etc. Harper/Ross.

Ross is the only frosh in that list.

Good depth indeed, but I'd still like to recruit a frosh SF for depth purposes.

He's averaging 18 points, 12 boards, and something like 5.4 blocks at HFCC, but the thing that is perhaps most impressive is his FT percentage being in the mid to high 70s. I think it will be even tougher to score on us inside next year...we'll have 4 tremendous shot blockers in Harris, Riley, Still, and Glenn Bryant.

I hope Harper continues to improve, because we will miss Darrell Lampley, Quintin Dailey, and Antonio Green. Green and Lampley are pretty reliable with the ball in their hands at the end of games. Harrison may end up being a better scorer than Green and Dailey, but both of them have done the little things that have helped us win. Maybe Thompson finally puts it all together?

I'm hoping Sims will step up next year the way Lampley and Green have this year.

He is a great kid and should step up!
