is memphis even relevant in hoops since calipari left?

but i've followed hoops my whole life. i know relevance when i see it. you were an okay team before calipari but nothing special. now you're in post-calipari mode.

you're another central florida with a child-wonder coach who the book is still out on.

this isn't the calipari final 4 memphis squads. just my take as an outside observer.

Calipari was only able to match what Gene Bartow had achieved way back in 1973...playing in the National Title game...from Bartow, to Finch...Memphis was Memphis long before Cal stepped on campus...now, that's not to say I don't respect what Cal did in his 9 years here...but that "child-wonder" has already racked up 62 wins and counting.
