Even a great construction company with a well-timed effort and perfect weather couldn't get THAT stadium pulled off in 6 months. And we all know ETSU's record in regards to speedy/timely construction projects.

Yes..that is true.. and it's exactly what their press report said.. the stadium will come later.. just a field and some stands to start with.. they are modeling this after the way App state did their baseball park.. in stages..
