AG sending the starting punter home (broke team rules) did not help...

Temple return men did not want to catch/return a punt... that did not help either as the return game had been a ++ during the season.

Not sure if Al Golden is as bad as a coach as some of you think. If if wasn't for Al Golden, this program would still be 0-12 every year.

RE: Golden Al strikes again!
I am "weighing in late" on the Temple game as I just returned from a holiday trip to see family. I missed the second half, but I watched the first half and I had a very bad feeling when Temple did not run the clock out with a 21-7 lead late in the second qtr...they even threw the ball once, allowing UCLA to save a TO, and then of course UCLA gets the FG and their players run off the field with enthusiasm. I really think this was something of a turning point in the game, and I was ticked that Golden did not have his team run the ball 3 times in that situation.

Totally agree, and you were not the only one with that same sinking feeling...

Bone head 4th and 1 call cost Temple the game. TAKE THE POINTS STUPID!!!!!!!! That play gave the momentum to UCLA and they went on to win the game.

To bad Temple lost that one. They should have won. Just like loosing the Nova game at the end. Just goes to show that Temple is not toally there yet but they are definately on the right track.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR SEASON TEMPLE !!!!!

TEMPLE #1 !!!!!!!
