O.K. Let's see who really has some steel ones.
Right now, Pomeroy has us going 16-9, but let's say we lose another game we're expected to win, and end up winning just 15 games this year. Or even 14. Would you be in favor of a coaching change at the end of this season or not? I'm not predicting that scenario, but even if Pomeroy is right, that's only 16 wins in a season we were expected to be very good. You're now playing the A.D. The team drops back to a 15 win season. What do you do?05-stirthepot

How do we go 16-9 with 29 regular season games? Pomeroy must have any interesting system.

Oops. My bad. 16-13 with 9-9 in conference. But the question remains the same. We win 15 games. As AD what do you do?

Tough call. You make a move, or give one more year with a high-level ultimatum. But probably you make a move.

A tougher call is if we win 17 games. In that case, I don't think anything happens this year. Just a guess.

I have to agree that 15 wins and it's probably over for this staff. 17, and they have one more year to get to the postseason (NIT or NCAA).
It would be nice if we could get to the postseason this year, and then there would be no doubt at all.04-cheers
