A co-worker and I were talking about this situation, and he stated to me D Jones is allowed to transfer and not sit out (next season) because he is only going to class at one university this semister (ie. ND didn't start yet, so he has ONLY been an NIU student this fall)?

This is all of course if he is coming to NIU.
