This poor kid just died two days ago; he was a grad NJIT who was still doing pizza deliveries on the side, someone ordered a pizza to an abandoned house, when he arrived he was carjacked and beaten with a baseball bat by 3 kids (17,16,and 15). He was in a coma for 10 days before dying. This is a petition to get them tried as adults; they immediately starting playing they "They're just kids". It would mean a lot to his family and justice.

That's a horrible story. I cut those kids nuts off and nail them to a tree.

Not agreeing with the death penalty, I would try them as adults and put them in prison at least 30+ years. It is a horrible story, and it would be a crime if they got off easy.

Were the kids high or something? What made them do that?

Pretty sick...
And this kinda crap is becoming all to frequent.
Something, that hasn't been made all that public,
but is equally sickening is the defense of a man
in Utah. He sodomized a 12 year old boy.
The ACLU, on behalf of the man...is suing claiming,
his rights of sexual freedom and expression are
being violated. The suit, also said...the victims rights
were also being violated.
Somewhere among the madness...some "common
sense" needs to take over.
