But, to smack talk to Ole Miss is a a little much! Here is an example: Eli's sophmore and senior season we beat Alabama, which is rare for us to do! Now, with that said, most OM fans have enough SMARTS to keep their mouth shut to Bama about beating them, because they DO own us. The same with most of the SEC but Vandy, UK, USC, Ark (they are ahead 1 or 2 games) ., and State. And actually, believe it or not, we are ahead in the series with Florida. But I realize we did not play them much under the Spurrier years or that would be different.

Point is, I see you fans talking a WHOLE LOT OF TRASH to OM, when OM leads the series 43-10-and some ties. That is not EVEN CLOSE! I realize that most of that was a while back, but it is still what it is! I know every school has their fare share of dumb a$$ fans, but it is a little much with Memphis! You guys play in a borrowed stadium in the ghetto! Play in a WEAK A$$ conference, and don't generate near the $$$ OM does-and we are years ahead of you in the series-33 to be exact. So save the trash talking until you have tied us overall!

You have some fair points.
However,
I disagree with your " borrowed stadium in ghetto." Liberty bowl is not a state of the art modern facility. But, it has great sight lines. And, it is more than adequate for most div.1 football programs. It is better than your stadium. Always has been.

I agree Tigers do not own Om in football. But, what about that recent basketball game in Oxford? What was the Tiger margin of victory ? 70-80 pts.?
