They beat a Top 10 Boise State squad and a Top 15 Florida State squad.

Heck, little 'ol Cincinnati has big time wins! Over then-#8 Wisconsin that finished the season the Big Ten champions, the Rose Bowl champions and #4 in the AP and ESPN polls and #7 in the BCS polls in 1999. And, in 1995 beat Virginia Tech who finished the season the Big East champions, Sugar Bowl champions #10 in the AP poll and #9 in the Coaches poll. So it looks like Cincinnati and Louisville HAVE beaten some teams that have finished in the Top 10 or 15. What about Southern Miss?
