Minshew Leaves ECU to Attend to Family Issues

Most of his big performances came in games where we were down big. His one shot at becoming a legitimate college QB came in his first game vs JMU and he absolutely shat his pants on national TV. He was flat out terrible.

This is not a loss for ECU, and is DEFINITELY not a gain for Alabama. The freshman they have is LIGHT YEARS better than Minshew, and if they signed any QB with a pulse for 2018, he will also likely be 10x better.

All this did is clear the way for Holton Ahlers to be our 4 year starter, unless Reid Herring finds a way to win the Spring.

They didn’t sign a QB and there is talk one of their three QBs is considering transferring.
