Abortion is legal killing of babies.

Depending upon the various categories that make up the gun death stats I would assume those that are not justified actually represent the illegal killing of people.

Not to mention the pesky Second Amendment to the Constitution.

Can't recall which Amendment it is that grants people the right to infantcide.
