That isn't true. I watched the BC game again, he was in there plenty of times to pass block. As many times as Marcus Jones was. And he did a very good job. He knocked Harold Landry down on one play, and didn't miss blocks. Also, I only saw one play against EIU where he let a defender get past him and put pressure on, but didn't hit, Santa. There were at least a couple TDs thrown by our QBs when Huff picked up a blitz, just this year.

And probably most O-linemen have given up a sack at one time or another. It's just bad luck if the QB gets injured or doesn't get injured. You can't leave the guy on the bench because of that, if he's otherwise better than the other players.

Agreed NIU007 great points, I noticed Huff blocking in that game too. This Huff bashing on here is simply to defend Carey. For some reason there is a group of 6 or so that feel like that have to destroy anything in their path as long as they protect him. I have never understood the loyalty at all costs for him. People are just in amazing denial, and I don't fully understand why. Not sure if they just don't want to admit he is a horrible head coach , or if there is a friendship to him, or blood relation. It is really baffling.
