Campus Wise we have renovated most of the inside of the buildings.

We have only about 7/8 buildings that have yet to be touched.

In Louisiana it is about building smarter, not with more expense. You can be La Tech, and build impressive looking olympic sized swimming pools with money you don't have , or you could be us, and remodel in a systematic smart fashion With out legislature its about survival not gaudiness. We have built, and in my opinion we have built in an intelligent manner.

I can see why you don't like the campus tough. Its brown brick, so it is not for everyone. If you like Grambling I'm guessing your a red brick guy. From what ive heard their buildings are somewhat in disrepair from the inside however which is not something that is beneficial for a school.
