Didn't VA Tech build a brand in the late 90s/early 2000s by playing a good amount of Thursday night "exclusives" and shoving their name out in front of people? The non-student population of Blacksburg is mostly wildlife, certainly not a metro anywhere near the size of Toledo, and they still filled the place up. Sorry, stray thought there...
