Nashville tv reporter tweeted MVC is targetting Belmont, Belmont's official response is "we are proud to be in OVC", and MVC will stay at 9 if Belmont rejects.

I believe the first two parts. Not the third.

Missouri St President tweeted that he and his AD are heading home from St Louis and "exciting days ahead for MVC!". To me, he'd only tweet that last part if actual change was forthcoming, not the 9-team death spiral.

So I believe Rothstein's original report of 11 team/20 game model with Valpo/Murray is bang-on.
