Depending on what the MVC do, I expect that the Horizon and Summit could both over take them in the next 5 years. I don't think the Horizon are far behind as of today. The conference have several schools who seem committed to success including the two newest (OU and NKU). It is why I think Valpo would accept a move to the MVC, but I'm not sure it as much of a no brainer as some think.
