I would add Liberty in the east and NMSU in the west for all sports.

East

Appalachian State
Coastal Carolina
Georgia Southern
Georgia State
Liberty
Troy

West

Arkansas State
Louisiana-Lafayette
Louisiana-Monroe
South Alabama
New Mexico State
Texas State

Basketball

Not happening. Liberty isn't going anywhere, without the nuclear option of suing the NCAA. And if they do that no one will associate with them. I would rather have JMU or Delaware in the East. Like Keeping NMSU though in the West.
