Because neutral site games for G5 CC games have are almost certain attendance fails unless you get lucky and have an instate team make it. The ACC championship neutral site game is a dud sometimes depending on the teams.

CUSA CC game that was at WKU only drew 13K, now imagine how bad it would have been if were out of state location for both teams.
