Why the concern? We are not because as we have said GSU has acquired half of downtown under more difficult circumstances. If I had to guess in this instance there will be an LLC formed as a joint venture between Carter, Oakwood and the GSU Foundation. If I had to guess GSU would only be responsible for a portion of the cash up front. Also if I am guessing that portion would be paid for in bonds and donations. I would also guess that GSU would pay Carter back over a billion years for what they fronted and in turn become owners of other parts of the property once paid in full. That is just one scenario. I am sure there are dozens more that have actually occured over the decades downtown

Again, will you get the property. Absolutely. How are you going to get the money to build or retrofit the Ted for football? Has to be private funds unless the BOR does a complete 180. So who is going to give you tens of millions of dollars to do that?
