Private dorms, retail, condos, apartments, single family etc etc. Our part is football, baseball and other Olympic sports. Og course like most intown projects this is all in flux and parts can (will) change.

Yea just read up a bit on AJC where Carter wants to develop a senior citizens home as well...thats a lot going on! Still think its the best plan, now if we can just convince the neighbors...........

Its 80 acres. That is a lot of land in an urban environment.

Not worried about neighbors so much. Sure has gotten quiet since the mention of casinos :D

But seriously, super depressing that the Braves are leaving but seeing 60ish acres of parking lots going away.....no complaints here

If those acres of parking lots end up looking like Glenwood Park with athletic fields I dont think anyone will be complaining.
