For the sake of discussion suppose the B-10 learns to count and takes Missouri because they get tired of waiting for Notre Dame. Arkansas decides to rejoin their SWC buddies with Broyles leaving. Which ACC school does the SEC go after to stay at the 12 team level. I am interested because the ACC would definately go after another Big East team probably Syracuse which was on their orignal list the last time around. If not they might go for Rutgers for the NYC market. Both would help with the isolation issues and traveling costs of Boston College. In this case ECU would have a very good chance of ending up in the Big East.

Also if Arkansas stayed in the SEC and 14 team conferences became the norm for market share and to drive a conference from the BCS instead of bowing to the pressure of adding another conference to the BCS, which two schools would the SEC seriously go after. I am curious because I think 14 team superconferences would destroy BE football. Their better teams would be absorbed into the larger conferences with the remainder being redistibuted to Cusa and /or the MAC.

For starters if the SEC took two ACC teams, the ACC would go after 4 Big East teams. If Notre Dame was forced into the B-10, the B-10 would take two Big East teams. USF and Cinn could return to Cusa then to make 14 teams there. I won't go into the B-12 or other conferences since they may be cherry picked before they add to their conferences.
