#28 for FB stadium in 20011 Bleacher Report (for what that is worth )
#5 in Playboys top party schools (for what that is worth)
NC is rank #8-#10 out of 50 states for D-1 FB talent every year
In the 1980 & 1990 ECU had many victories over top 25 teams
1999 victory over top 10 Miami
1991 finished the season as the #9 team in the country
in the last 6 seasons- 6 wins over ACC teams - in 2008 wins over #17 VT & #8 WVU in back to back weeks . Wins over #22 Boise state & #17 UH . Back to Back CUSA champs.
And in 2009 had ARk wiped in every stat of the FB game in the Liberty Bowl / lost in OT when our kicker missed 4 out of 5 field goals

Thats just a brief summary of ECU FB . Im not trying to impress anyone just trying to give some facts. ECU has a top 20 baseball stadium & has crowds of 5500 . (2700 on a tue day this year against Elon University) The basketball is and will improve because we are finally making an effort like never before

I do not think the SEC will ever add ECU but really it probably would give the SEC a dominant presence in NC & VA. I also believe ECU would have 65-70k people at the FB games . We have 50k watching CUSA games now.
