So far...player of the year has to be Augustine Rubit from USA. That guy just goes off and is a standout player. I think he has a shot at making a DL team is not higher

Oh, I predict Rubit will win POY in the SBC.

I also predict Rubit will get out-played by Marcos Knight in the Glass House here in a coupla weeks.

MT will likely not win many awards except the conference title.

Didn't mean to get folks' panties in a wad.

Ronnie Arrow for COY !

god almighty it's not even close. not even debatable.

be proud of your team middle fans but don't be ignernt homers to that level.

you have the best team in the belt by a large gap.

knight can't carry rubit's gym bag for him. no comparison.

and for the love of god...don't get skully too fired up. he can go for days on this one.

Bahaha! And years... Lol. But at this point I don't think Rubit loses POY unless something major happens.

Matter of fact a couple of other USA players are played more minutes a game than Marcos who plays more than four minutes more a game than his nearest teammate (MT has ten players who average more than 10 minutes a game).

Perhaps you're right and the minutes played won't be a considered or other things will come into play.

But IMO if Knight or any of three or four other Raider players were on other Sun Belt teams they would be scoring, rebounding, at a much, much higher rate than they are due to Middle Tennessee's quality depth.

Looks like Rubit may have blown his chance for POY by playing 30 minutes last night against the Cajuns. The 34 points and 12 rebounds are OK, but he would have really solidified his candidacy by playing just 23 minutes.
