Can they do it better than you? You need to really think about that.

Once you let them have that power, you will never regain control. Sure, today maybe it's no abortion past 20 weeks. But what will it be after that? Once you concede they have that power, they can change the rules. Then you are powerless.

They already have that power. Abortion is generally banned in the 3rd trimester. Roe v. Wade was a "legislative" compromise that only limited laws on abortion prior to what was considered viability at that time. The time frame of "viability" has moved forward with technology.

If that is true, how are doctors getting away with partial birth abortion?
