The lying was awful, but then ordering Spicer to go out there and lie some more was worse. And then sending the Mistress of Propaganda to honestly say that DJT was using "alternative facts" was even worse.

To the extent that this is still an issue, its all on DJT. He and his team are doing everything possible to promote the story.

Im pretty sure I heard him say the "bowl" held 250k...not 500k. Maybe a later comment. In any rate....all of this is silly and of no consequence. He should never even engaged in this.

But then, he doubled down and made it worse! Kellyanne committed a worse gaffe than DJT did. OMG, Alternative facts? Who the frick is going to believe anything she says after that.

With that statement, she just did massive damage to her credibility and that of her administration.

Not really. The news cycle changes. No one will give a damn in a week. Like Obama's beer summit BS. No one really cared but for a week or so. It will be old news quickly.

Both are tweets by Michael Muvihill and both are true---showing that its often not the "facts" that matter---its the facts one choses to present and the facts one chooses to ignore. What I find more interesting----The first fact has 6 retweets and the second has 254 retweets.
