I don’t know if we have the same level of talent we did say in 2012 (except at QB obviously). We simply don’t have the talent drop-off from last year to explain this year. It looks more like the talent we have is not being used properly (and in some cases not at all – I’m thinking of Pugh and Tears as examples), poor preparation, and most of all the players look like they are playing for themselves and each other and for Carey. I completely disagree that the players are tanking to lose games on purpose (perhaps with the exception of the Boise bowl game) and have quit. We don’t’ have a true “team”; Carey has lost the team and nothing is going to get that back!
