Clemson is a parasite who leaches off the ACC TV contract. Clemson would make very little TV network dollars on its own.

Almost no one outside of South Carolina (and not everyone inside) cares about Clemson athletics.

Clemson couldn't get a "Notre Dame deal" even if it wanted to very badly and tried really, really hard to get one.
