Opening night (Fri., Nov. 10) there should be a doubleheader with the LD's and MBB. I hope they schedule the season opener against Rutgers at 4:30 or so tip off to precede the MBB game against Bridgewater at 7pm. Would love to work both games in with as little break in between games as possible.

Actually I would prefer to see the MBB game start at 4:30 or so and have the women follow in the better time slot. It seems like whenever there is a doubleheader that the women get the less-preferred time.

And sorry to see the Hofstra game during the Christmas holidays. That might definitely impact the annual Crown Club trip to New York. But the schedule is what the schedule is and the women will hopefully have a fantastic year. I am ready for the season to begin!!

I agree with you. The Rutgers-LD's gametime is set as TBA, while the MBB game is already set at 7pm...though, that is subject to change of course. I'd like to go to both regardless of which is first/last...just want them to be back-to-back and not have the LD's playing at 1pm or something like that and the MBB be in the evening.

Still haven't got a notification about season tickets, either. WTF?

I just sent an email to the ticket folks asking about WBB season tickets. I will post their response when I get one. I seem to remember that my renewals were done long before this in years past, but I could easily be mistaken.

I think I got mine around August 9 last year. This is ridiculous.

Got an email from the ticket office.....they have been waiting until the "ticket prices were set". As soon as whoever has to make that decision makes it, they will send out the season ticket information. Okay.....................

My wife noticed that when she got home from work today. Interesting as the Lady Dukes played at St Johns last year also. Wonder what is going on? Can not think of any reason why the game would be moved like that. Hopefully we will hear something in the next day or so to explain wht.

Is it safe to assume that this game was moved under the assumption that the football team will have a home game in the playoffs that day.

This would be my guess as well. At least we have lots of notice.

For yucks and giggles I looked on the ticket website and saw my season ticket renewal application. Deadline for renewing season tickets is October 2 for those of you who have had them in the past. Now that my ticket is ordered it is definitely time for some basketball!
