Oklahoma State
Baylor
TCU
Texas Tech
Iowa State
West Virginia
Kansas
Kansas State
ya, until Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas leave
Then it will go to 16 teams with BYU, UConn, and some others

If the ACC is able to successfully close the revenue gap with the B1G and SEC through this avenue (or at least get significantly closer), seems like the Pac12 and Big12 could follow.
The best thing in the world, it seems to me, would be for the coming ACCN to be wildly successful and make the ACC members tons of $.
What am I missing?
I agree. An ACC network is actually a good sign for a potential Big 12 network. But I'm not sure it is becoming reality before the Big 12 has to make a decision.
And the difference is, the Big 12 would not be starting from scratch with infrastructure, or with access, assuming they piggyback on the LHN.
And if they happen to invite BYU, there is even more infrastructure.

ACC will never get a tv network. ESPN does not have the money to start a new network from scratch. That is why I do see the Big 12 may pick up some teams, SEC will pick up some others, and the Big 10 get their's. What ever left of the ACC will pick up the pieces with filling up from CAA, UMass, AAC, C-USA and so forth.

It would be a very good sign. That said, the lack of a network wouldn't really mean all bets are off for the Big12 Network. The ACC would be a "start from scratch" deal---where as the most likely B12 Network scenario would have the existing LHN simply undergoing a rebranding with tons of new content added. I would think the second option is much less expensive.
