HE'S BEEN HERE ONE YEAR YOU USUALLY SCHEDULE OOC GAMES MULTIPLE YEARS IN ADVANCE. BAYLOR JUST SCHEDULED AN OCC FOR 2019.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Yep Baylor just scheduled an OOC in 2019 vs University of the Incarnate Word.
Their AD is in his 11th year. SF has been here less than 11 months.
I honestly thought that was a joke...oh my. Football program is 7 years old.
The University of the Incarnate Word announced Monday that it has scheduled a 2019 game against the Bears in Waco.

Which according to MD02 makes their AD in the same class (read awful) as JC and SF(who's been on duty all of a good 8-9 months.)

Quote:UIW joins UT-San Antonio and Rice as non-conference 2019 opponents. Between 2014 and 2019, Baylor has just two non-conference games scheduled against programs from the five power conferences: a home-and-home with Duke in 2017 and 2018.

Water tower's a tad closer and a bit more insulated from wind. Was there a bit last year & liked it.

Doesn't seem like a good lot if you have little ones. Really close to a major road and there are no sidewalks from the parking lot to the stadium...other than that one new section they installed last year that is.

I spent one year at the Water Tower... I enjoyed it..
1. you get to see all the cars drive in to the other lots
2. plenty of bathrooms
3. When i was there it wasn't packed so could spread out
There are sidewalks and a crosswalk..also there is plenty of grass to walk in or parking lots.

In regards to the reserved parking.. U of I has a similar section.. There are actual plaques set up for each family name, with a security guy checking access to the lot.. very similar to the high end donor spots at NIIU

I could see that for donors above $2500 annually...but there are quite a few donors in the $1000-$2499 range to expect that.

So "Champions Club Access" must be the new HASF TENT...
I would rather park in Stevenson Lawn than Track Lawn..
So it appears for my same seats as last year, I am paying $100 more($25/seat more for chairbacks)

Talked about it with the wife last night we basically don't trust our kids(2x3yr & 5yr old) enough for that lot yet...maybe in 2-3 years but not now.
It seems we will either go for the $300 lots OR not donate to HAF, park in the Convo and buy a CPC brick instead for this year.
Just depends on what is announced today if there are any useful benefits for us to donate to HAF rather than getting a brick.

Agreed. While I think this would be nice, I can't see how it's practical. If they can do it, my hat is off to them. But, I agree that it should be $2,500 and above.

There can't be more than 200 donors above $1000.. and even less if you remove companies(papa john's , dominos, etc)

I agree but I just dont see it happening. You are talking about putting up signs in 3 different lots. Are the East or West lots used for anything during the week?

I would assume they aren't(using it)..
You are talking about eliminating a lot of donors..huskie lot used to be 500-749 and 750-999..now just 1000+.. they basically expanded the victory and pride lot to both sides.

They didn't expand it but moved the pride lot to the East side and the track lot...then made all 3 the same donor value.
I agree I think its a bad move. They will lose more donation money from the $1500+ donors who will go down to $1000 for what they think is the same parking spot.
Same thing for the $750 people going down to $600 rather than up to $1000.

I disagree. I think people will move up to the $1000 level..since HASF tent is now $1000..

...where does it say the HAF tent is $1000?
I haven't seen anything saying there will be a HAF tent.

I am also guessing that Champions Club Access pregame reception is code for HAF Tent
