We are nowhere close to getting the river to freeze again--when it froze from side-to-side we had several days that were minus 20 or better. That was frigging COLD...

When people around here complain about cold weather....I have to laugh. I remember it being so cold that winter that the antifreeze in our cars FROZE...we had to drain it before it split the radiator.

Ain't nobody who wasn't here before '77 who has seen cold like that in the tri-state area.

I was at the freezer bowl game.stupidly walked part way across the Ohio. The river was frozen but ice chunks were frozen together. Got nervous
