I don't think he cared at all, I think it was more he was advised to apologize by his coaching staff and OU as a whole, to make the public happy. He did nothing wrong he was just full of emotion. That is what college sports is all about.

I will say after a tough loss, it very tough seeing the other team go to your logo and make a big deal. No problem with them celebrating, but do not like that. That said, I doubt OSU hasn't done it too.

Can you imagine if every school who beat you at home would be able to, perhaps, paint a small version of their logo on your field or put a flag at the top of the stadium or something?
