As a back-up, could you please share an e-mail or regular mail address so that we can make certain to get back to you as soon as possible. Short-handed or not, it's not like the number of times you'll get this type of phone call will be impossible to deal with. Take the info suggested above and stick it to your calendar, computer, someplace prominent and follow-up. It's called service, it's called making a sale! The purpose of the ticket office is to sell tickets.

I don't mean this as sarcastic, but is Sean Frazier actually trying to destroy NIU athletics? With intention? Reminds me of the movie Major league with the female owner. I never thought things at NIU would get this bad, never ever.
