Tigers offered him one year and a tiny raise. Have Illiche's burned through so much cash that they can't afford to stay competitive anymore?

I don't know about their tigers ledger and financials, but I tried the Little Caesars pretzel crust pizza a couple weeks ago. Very tasty and a great price.

Maybe they do need to conserve the cash and they are putting their eggs in the Red Wing basket?
