Dombrowski takes over in Boston
Tigers offered him one year and a tiny raise. Have Illiche's burned through so much cash that they can't afford to stay competitive anymore?

I don't know about their tigers ledger and financials, but I tried the Little Caesars pretzel crust pizza a couple weeks ago. Very tasty and a great price.

Some speculation that the team may be put up for sale in the wake of the mega complex being built in Detroit for the Detroit Red Wings. Maybe they do need to conserve the cash and they are putting their eggs in the Red Wing basket?

Watching this Cubs series, the Tigers have playoff-caliber offense and minor league pitching.
