In places that don't have football, like former SBC-member Denver, there are a lot of more obscure sports like men's ice hockey and wrestling. If the FBS limit were in the 70's and FCS limit were in the 50's, there'd be less of an issue with Title IX.

Way to wiff there champ. That is at all nothing of what I was getting at when I posted what I did. My last paragraph wasn't a proposal, but was saying Title IX gets the blame, yet football scholarships are high.

When people say wrestling or men's soccer aren't being offered because of Title IX, I counter with wrestling and men's soccer aren't being offered because football has so many scholarships compared to other sports and compared to the professional ranks.
