One of the things I just read was that Adams had accepted illegal campaign contributions from a foreign entity (Turkey to be exact). Are we looking at ALL politicians for these types of contributions? I'm not saying the Feds aren't, but if they are going to target a mayor, shouldn't we be looking at our politicians in DC as well? I don't know the answer, just asking a question.

Which was exactly the point made by a lot of pundits yesterday who said this smacks of political payback for Adams' complaining of the feds moving so many illegal aliens to NYC.
