I guess we are matching this week as EKU is going white helmets as well.

I like alternate helmets as it adds a little something.

I believe we worn them last year at EKU.

Yep. You went white, white, purple

Damn, talk about some sh*t awful juju for the guys in white! That was so much more than just an "L". I've never seen a team s̶h̶o̶o̶t̶ shotgun blast themselves in the foot like we did that day.

You were Wylie E. Coyote end of regulation. But that was our season. 6 points from 3-8, 12 points from 8-3

Well the first half looked a lot like the second half of the McNeese game.

Tarleton wins 28-14.

Gabalis started and played a horrible ballgame. Either this or we are overrated.

#4 Britten is one of the best backs in the country. 273 yds rushing.

Grinding it out and pounding the rock for 300 yards rushing won't cut it this week against UNA.

Welp, Ol' Lightfoot and his vanilla offense strikes again! Hats off again to Britton and our O-Line. Without them, we are 0-4. Can't continue to be one- dimensional and expect to win against stiffer competition. Better get our passing game going or we're doomed. UCA and ACU would eat our lunch right now.#FACTS

RE: UAC FOOTBALL WEEK #4
Not sure ACU would beat you. We just lost to Idaho 27-24 and it was mistakes that cost us the game. Idaho is the best coached team I have seen in Wildcat stadium. We played the first half with almost no deception and often looked like the players were out of position or they were poorly coached. Idaho was solid.

IT, I know how frustrating it is that your team turns plain vanilla. We have been doing that. Idaho was very deceptive and unpredictable.

Reminds me of how football was played in the 1970s.

Did Gabalis practice at all this week?

He wasn’t allowed to throw much and when he did he must thought his receivers were 10 ft tall.

Good news is a win and I know he is much better than what he played today moving forward.

UTA kept its unloss, untied streak going. 38 years.

Sorry, I just wanted to participate. I'll go back to our hole.

And to think I knew some players on the team of the last year they played.

38 years is a long time ago. I’m old.

You think you're old?!? I helped gather wood and build the very last UTA bonfire. It burned three weeks and the city fire marshal decreed that there would be no more bonfires in Arlington. I don't know why we didn't just go out in the country and build one....

UNA is bound to trip someone up this year. You made sure it wasn't you. Like RC said, we made a lot of mistakes again against Idaho as well as continued to not adjust for a large part of the game. Unlike UNC though, Idaho is just too good to come back against even though we gave it our best shot. Our OL and DL play was decent but our offense was inept for 3/4 of the game before Idaho got gassed and we finally changed some passing. They still made the stops when it mattered at the end. Tarleton always makes me nervous...

No surprise there considering not many backs ever rush for those yards in a single game.

He is unbelievable good and there was quite a few jock straps laying on the field in Alabama last Saturday night

RE: UAC FOOTBALL WEEK #4
ACU despite that heartbreaking loss ( I feel ya, Baylor had one of those as well this weekend) still moved up one spot in the polls to #22. Tarleton moved up one spot to #16. Southern Utah disappeared completely after a humiliating loss to Idaho State. UCA also moved up one spot to #7 as well.
